Art 4 AU Love US (art4auloveus.com) is an independent platform celebrating the creativity, voices, and lives of autistic and neurodivergent people. It's operated by D. Christmas, a sole proprietor based in Atlanta, Georgia.
By using this site — browsing, submitting, sharing, or anything else — you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These terms apply to all visitors and users. If you're an artist submitting work, the Artist Agreement also applies to you — and in any conflict between that document and these terms, the Artist Agreement governs.
Section 2
How you may use this site
You're welcome to browse, share links, read, and engage with the content here for personal, non-commercial purposes. That's what the site is for.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the artwork displayed on this site without the artist's explicit permission. The art belongs to the artists — not to us, and not to you by virtue of viewing it.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from this site in bulk using automated tools.
- Use content from this site to train AI models or build datasets without explicit written permission.
- Attempt to access parts of the site you're not supposed to access, interfere with the site's operation, or introduce malicious code.
- Impersonate another person, artist, or organization on this platform.
- Use the site for spam, harassment, or any purpose that harms others.
If you want to use artwork or content from this site in a meaningful way — a publication, a project, a feature — reach out first. We'll almost always say yes to things that honor the artists. We just want to be asked.

Ownership of content
The artwork displayed on Art 4 AU Love US belongs to the artists who created it. Full stop. Displaying it here doesn't transfer ownership to us or to anyone else.
The site itself — its design, layout, written copy, and structure — is the work of Art 4 AU Love US. You're welcome to take inspiration from it, but please don't copy it wholesale.
Content you submit — a win, a story, a community post — remains yours. By submitting it, you give us permission to display it on the site and share it on our channels. You can ask us to remove it at any time and we will.

This site links to external resources — self-assessment tools, support organizations, third-party services. We link to things we believe are genuinely useful, but we don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy.
A link from Art 4 AU Love US is not an endorsement of everything that site does or says. Use your judgment, as you would with any link on the internet.

Art 4 AU Love US does not process payments or act as a party to any sale. When you contact an artist about purchasing their work, that transaction is entirely between you and the artist.
We have no visibility into, control over, or liability for what happens in those transactions. Questions about a specific purchase should go directly to the artist.
