OUR SHARED PROMISE

How we treat each other here.

Art 4 AU Love US is built on direct trust. We don't sit between artists and buyers — when you buy a piece, you're paying the artist directly, and the art comes to you from them. That's how 100% of every sale gets to the artist. It also means we're all counting on each other to show up well.

Here's what we're asking from both sides.

If you're an artist

When someone buys your work, they're trusting you to deliver. We ask that you fulfill the order according to whatever you and the buyer agreed on — within the timeline you offered, in the condition you described.

Things happen. Life happens. If something comes up — a delay, a damaged piece, a personal emergency — stay in contact with your buyer. A clear update is always better than silence.

We're not directly involved in the transaction, but we care a lot about the experience people have on this site. Your reputation is yours, and the trust you build is what makes this platform work.

If you're a buyer

When you buy from one of our artists, you're supporting them directly. The money goes to them — not to a platform that can refund you, not to a holding account, not to a payment processor that handles disputes for you.

We ask that you only purchase if you genuinely intend to follow through. That means making sure your payment is legitimate, that your account is in good standing, and that you won't dispute the charge with your bank after receiving the work.

Chargebacks and disputes hurt artists in real, lasting ways — they lose the money and the art and often pay fees on top of it. If something goes wrong with a purchase, talk to the artist first. They want you to be happy with what you bought.

Same site, same care. We built this place to celebrate creativity — and that only works if all of us treat each other with integrity.
